Blog #4 Coding
My lesson plan that incorporates technology specifically the coding program SCRATCH is designed for students in grade one however I could argue that with the creative mindset it could be for any grade. Poetry is a type of art designed critically think about what to write with restrictions on what type of poem you are doing. I think that I would use this lesson plan specifically within the first division. In the future with my students I would use this for students perhaps as a station activity, a lesson as presented or even something they could work on in their free time. Having different methods for students to succeed and allowing them to find interests/passions within the classroom is what I aspire to do for my students.

Blog #3 Creation App
I thought that it was interesting teaching the lesson to my peers. I really thought it was an experience that helped our teaching practice. It allowed reflection to flow and it was almost like a practice run before we would do it in our placement. I think something that needs to made kept in mind about the lesson is that students should be taught about their senses before hand and the seasons so they can properly divulge in the lesson.
Some highlights that our group shared was that they loved being on the land and that this was a great way to understand technology. It was mentioned that there was many engaging moments outside and that this is memorable way for students to take part in land based learning. Students who took part of this all mentioned that they enjoyed the outside aspect of the activity. I think it is important for students to go outside and be apart of the nature and really take everything in. It is important for their everyday learning.
All the feedback/highlights that my peers in class gave is appreciated. Overall I really enjoyed Flip grid App in general as it is a great way for students to be interactive with technology. I would incorporate this into my classroom and have students use it from K-9 I would argue and purpose the idea that high school students can also use the app for their learning. It is a fun way for students to be engaged in what they are learning. Only positive outcomes come from students who are engaged in their learning.
